Vanilla Peaches N’ Cream Protein Smoothie
A HealthspirationalMIT original recipe. Had this as my post-workout meal. Super delicious!
Makes one 1L serving.
1.25 cup Silk Vanilla Almond Milk
1 scoop Monavie RVL Nutrition Shake - Vanilla Cream
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Medjool Dates, pitted
3 medium Peaches, pitted
1 frozen Banana
1 handful of Ice
Used my Vitamix for this but you could use a conventional blender. Put all the ingredients, start at variable 1, move to 10 and flip on high for 30 seconds. Use your tamper as necessary. Done. :) Super delicious and vanilla-y which I love.
